Psa 129:8  And those who pass by have never said, The blessing of Jehovah be on you; we bless you in the name of Jehovah.  Gen 9:1  And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.  Gen 9:2  The fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth and upon every bird of the heavens, upon everything that creeps on the ground and all the fish of the sea. Into your hand they are delivered.  Gen 9:3  Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.  Gen 9:4  But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.  Gen 9:5  And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man.  Gen 9:6  “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image.  Gen 9:7  And you, be fruitful and multiply, increase greatly on the earth and multiply in it.”  Gen 9:8  Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him,  Gen 9:9  “Behold, I establish my covenant with you and your offspring after you,  Gen 9:10  and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the livestock, and every beast of the earth with you, as many as came out of the ark; it is for every beast of the earth.  Gen 9:11  I establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.”  Gen 9:12  And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations:  Gen 9:13  I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.  Gen 9:14  When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds,  Gen 9:15  I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.  Gen 9:16  When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”  Gen 9:17  God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant that I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.”  Gen 12:1  Now the LORD said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you.  Gen 12:2  And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.  Gen 12:3  I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”  Gal 3:13  Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—  Gal 3:14  so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith.  Gal 3:22  But the Scripture imprisoned everything under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.  Gal 3:23  Now before faith came, we were held captive under the law, imprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed.  Gal 3:24  So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith.  Gal 3:25  But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian,  Gal 3:26  for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith.  Gal 3:27  For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.  Gal 3:28  There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.  Gal 3:29  And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise.  Gen 17:15  And God said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name.  Gen 17:16  I will bless her, and moreover, I will give you a son by her. I will bless her, and she shall become nations; kings of peoples shall come from her.”  Gen 26:1  Now there was a famine in the land, besides the former famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Gerar to Abimelech king of the Philistines.  Gen 26:2  And the LORD appeared to him and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; dwell in the land of which I shall tell you.  Gen 26:3  Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you and will bless you, for to you and to your offspring I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath that I swore to Abraham your father.  Gen 26:4  I will multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and will give to your offspring all these lands. And in your offspring all the nations of the earth shall be blessed,  Gen 26:5  because Abraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.” Gen 26:24  And the LORD appeared to him the same night and said, “I am the God of Abraham your father. Fear not, for I am with you and will bless you and multiply your offspring for my servant Abraham's sake.”  en 27:28  May God give you of the dew of heaven and of the fatness of the earth and plenty of grain and wine.  Gen 27:29  Let peoples serve you, and nations bow down to you. Be lord over your brothers, and may your mother's sons bow down to you. Cursed be everyone who curses you, and blessed be everyone who blesses you!”  en 27:39  Then Isaac his father answered and said to him: “Behold, away from the fatness of the earth shall your dwelling be, and away from the dew of heaven on high.  Gen 27:40  By your sword you shall live, and you shall serve your brother; but when you grow restless you shall break his yoke from your neck.”  Gen 28:3  God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and multiply you, that you may become a company of peoples.  Gen 28:4  May he give the blessing of Abraham to you and to your offspring with you, that you may take possession of the land of your sojournings that God gave to Abraham!”  Gen 48:15  And he blessed Joseph and said, “The God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the God who has been my shepherd all my life long to this day,  Gen 48:16  the angel who has redeemed me from all evil, bless the boys; and in them let my name be carried on, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.”  Gen 48:17  When Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand on the head of Ephraim, it displeased him, and he took his father's hand to move it from Ephraim's head to Manasseh's head.  Gen 48:18  And Joseph said to his father, “Not this way, my father; since this one is the firstborn, put your right hand on his head.”  Gen 48:19  But his father refused and said, “I know, my son, I know. He also shall become a people, and he also shall be great. Nevertheless, his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his offspring shall become a multitude of nations.”  Gen 48:20  So he blessed them that day, saying, “By you Israel will pronounce blessings, saying, ‘God make you as Ephraim and as Manasseh.’” Thus he put Ephraim before Manasseh.  Gen 48:15  And he blessed Joseph and said, “The God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the God who has been my shepherd all my life long to this day,  Gen 48:16  the angel who has redeemed me from all evil, bless the boys; and in them let my name be carried on, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.”  en 49:1  Then Jacob called his sons and said, “Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you what shall happen to you in days to come.  Gen 49:2  “Assemble and listen, O sons of Jacob, listen to Israel your father.  Gen 49:3  “Reuben, you are my firstborn, my might, and the firstfruits of my strength, preeminent in dignity and preeminent in power.  Gen 49:4  Unstable as water, you shall not have preeminence, because you went up to your father's bed; then you defiled it—he went up to my couch!  Gen 49:5  “Simeon and Levi are brothers; weapons of violence are their swords.  Gen 49:6  Let my soul come not into their council; O my glory, be not joined to their company. For in their anger they killed men, and in their willfulness they hamstrung oxen.  Gen 49:7  Cursed be their anger, for it is fierce, and their wrath, for it is cruel! I will divide them in Jacob and scatter them in Israel.  Gen 49:8  “Judah, your brothers shall praise you; your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies; your father's sons shall bow down before you.  Gen 49:9  Judah is a lion's cub; from the prey, my son, you have gone up. He stooped down; he crouched as a lion and as a lioness; who dares rouse him?  Gen 49:10  The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until tribute comes to him; and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.  Gen 49:11  Binding his foal to the vine and his donkey's colt to the choice vine, he has washed his garments in wine and his vesture in the blood of grapes.  Gen 49:12  His eyes are darker than wine, and his teeth whiter than milk.  Gen 49:13  “Zebulun shall dwell at the shore of the sea; he shall become a haven for ships, and his border shall be at Sidon.  Gen 49:14  “Issachar is a strong donkey, crouching between the sheepfolds.  Gen 49:15  He saw that a resting place was good, and that the land was pleasant, so he bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant at forced labor.  Gen 49:16  “Dan shall judge his people as one of the tribes of Israel.  Gen 49:17  Dan shall be a serpent in the way, a viper by the path, that bites the horse's heels so that his rider falls backward.  Gen 49:18  I wait for your salvation, O LORD.  Gen 49:19  “Raiders shall raid Gad, but he shall raid at their heels.  Gen 49:20  “Asher's food shall be rich, and he shall yield royal delicacies.  Gen 49:21  “Naphtali is a doe let loose that bears beautiful fawns.  Gen 49:22  “Joseph is a fruitful bough, a fruitful bough by a spring; his branches run over the wall.  Gen 49:23  The archers bitterly attacked him, shot at him, and harassed him severely,  Gen 49:24  yet his bow remained unmoved; his arms were made agile by the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob (from there is the Shepherd, the Stone of Israel),  Gen 49:25  by the God of your father who will help you, by the Almighty who will bless you with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that crouches beneath, blessings of the breasts and of the womb.  Gen 49:26  The blessings of your father are mighty beyond the blessings of my parents, up to the bounties of the everlasting hills. May they be on the head of Joseph, and on the brow of him who was set apart from his brothers.  Gen 49:27  “Benjamin is a ravenous wolf, in the morning devouring the prey and at evening dividing the spoil.” Exo_20:24  An altar of earth you shall make for me and sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. In every place where I cause my name to be remembered I will come to you and bless you. Exo 23:20  “Behold, I send an angel before you to guard you on the way and to bring you to the place that I have prepared.  Exo 23:21  Pay careful attention to him and obey his voice; do not rebel against him, for he will not pardon your transgression, for my name is in him.  Exo 23:22  “But if you carefully obey his voice and do all that I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.  Exo 23:23  “When my angel goes before you and brings you to the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites, the Hivites and the Jebusites, and I blot them out,  Exo 23:24  you shall not bow down to their gods nor serve them, nor do as they do, but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their pillars in pieces.  Exo 23:25  You shall serve the LORD your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.  Exo 23:26  None shall miscarry or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.  Exo 23:27  I will send my terror before you and will throw into confusion all the people against whom you shall come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.  Exo 23:28  And I will send hornets before you, which shall drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites from before you.  Exo 23:29  I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate and the wild beasts multiply against you.  Exo 23:30  Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased and possess the land.  Exo 23:31  And I will set your border from the Red Sea to the Sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the Euphrates, for I will give the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.  Exo 23:32  You shall make no covenant with them and their gods.  Exo 23:33  They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against me; for if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”  Num 6:24  The LORD bless you and keep you;  Num 6:25  the LORD make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;  Num 6:26  the LORD lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.  Num 6:27  “So shall they put my name upon the people of Israel, and I will bless them.”  Num 23:9  For from the top of the crags I see him, from the hills I behold him; behold, a people dwelling alone, and not counting itself among the nations!  Num 23:10  Who can count the dust of Jacob or number the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the upright, and let my end be like his!”  um 23:21  He has not beheld misfortune in Jacob, nor has he seen trouble in Israel. The LORD their God is with them, and the shout of a king is among them.  Num 23:22  God brings them out of Egypt and is for them like the horns of the wild ox.  Num 23:23  For there is no enchantment against Jacob, no divination against Israel; now it shall be said of Jacob and Israel, ‘What has God wrought!’  Num 23:24  Behold, a people! As a lioness it rises up and as a lion it lifts itself; it does not lie down until it has devoured the prey and drunk the blood of the slain.”  Num 24:5  How lovely are your tents, O Jacob, your encampments, O Israel!  Num 24:6  Like palm groves that stretch afar, like gardens beside a river, like aloes that the LORD has planted, like cedar trees beside the waters.  Num 24:7  Water shall flow from his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters; his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted.  Num 24:8  God brings him out of Egypt and is for him like the horns of the wild ox; he shall eat up the nations, his adversaries, and shall break their bones in pieces and pierce them through with his arrows.  Num 24:9  He crouched, he lay down like a lion and like a lioness; who will rouse him up? Blessed are those who bless you, and cursed are those who curse you.”  um 24:17  I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not near: a star shall come out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel; it shall crush the forehead of Moab and break down all the sons of Sheth.  Num 24:18  Edom shall be dispossessed; Seir also, his enemies, shall be dispossessed. Israel is doing valiantly.  Num 24:19  And one from Jacob shall exercise dominion and destroy the survivors of cities!”  Num 24:20  Then he looked on Amalek and took up his discourse and said, “Amalek was the first among the nations, but its end is utter destruction.”  Num 24:21  And he looked on the Kenite, and took up his discourse and said, “Enduring is your dwelling place, and your nest is set in the rock.  Num 24:22  Nevertheless, Kain shall be burned when Asshur takes you away captive.”  Num 24:23  And he took up his discourse and said, “Alas, who shall live when God does this?  Num 24:24  But ships shall come from Kittim and shall afflict Asshur and Eber; and he too shall come to utter destruction.”  Jos 15:16  And Caleb said, He who strikes the City of Sepher, and captures it, I shall give my daughter Achsah to him for a wife.  Jos 15:17  And Othniel, the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, captured it. And He gave his daughter Achsah to him for a wife.  Jos 15:18  And it happened, as she came, that she persuaded him to ask from her father a field. And she dismounted from the ass, and Caleb said to her, What do you desire?  Jos 15:19  And she said, Give a blessing to me. You have given me the land of the south, then you shall give to me springs of water. And he gave to her the upper springs and the lower springs.  Psa 24:3  Who shall go up into the hill of Jehovah? And who shall rise in His holy place?  Psa 24:4  He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity and has not sworn deceit.  Psa 24:5  He shall lift up the blessing from Jehovah, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.  Psa 37:23  The steps of a good man are established from Jehovah; and He will delight in his way.  Psa 37:24  Though he falls, he is not cast down; for Jehovah upholds his hand.  Psa 37:25  I have been young and am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, or his seed begging bread.  Psa 37:26  All the day he is gracious and lends; and his seed is for a blessing.  Psa 119:53  Hot zeal has seized me because of the wicked forsaking Your Law.  Psa 119:54  Your Statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimages.  Psa 119:55  O Jehovah, I have remembered Your name in the night and have kept Your Law.  Psa 119:56  This was done to me, because I kept Your Commandments.  Psa 119:57  CHETH: Jehovah is my portion; I have said to keep Your Words.  Psa 119:58  I entreated Your face with all my heart; favor me according to Your Word.  Psa 133:1  A Song of Ascents. Of David. Behold! How good and how pleasant is the living of brothers, even in unity.  Psa 133:2  It is like the precious oil on the head that ran down on the beard, Aaron's beard, going down to the mouth of his garments;  Psa 133:3  like the dew of Hermon coming down on the mountains of Zion; for there Jehovah commanded the blessing: life till everlasting.  Pro 10:1  The proverbs of Solomon: A wise son makes a father rejoice, but the foolish son is his mother's sorrow.  Pro 10:2  Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, but righteousness delivers from death.  Pro 10:3  Jehovah will not allow the soul of the righteous to go hungry, but He pushes away the desire of the wicked.  Pro 10:4  He who works with a lazy hand becomes poor, but the hand of the hard worker makes him rich.  Pro 10:5  He who gathers in summer is a prudent son; he who sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame.  Pro 10:6  Blessings are on the head of the just, but violence covers the mouth of the wicked.  Pro 10:7  The memory of the just is blessed, but the name of the wicked shall rot.  Pro 10:8  The wise in heart accepts commands, but the foolish of lips shall be thrust away.  Pro 10:9  He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways shall be found out.  Pro 10:10  He who winks the eye causes sorrow, but the foolish of lips shall be thrust away.  Pro 10:11  The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, but violence covers the mouth of the wicked.  Pro 10:12  Hatred stirs up fights, but love covers all transgressions.  Pro 10:13  Wisdom is found in the lips of him who has understanding, but a rod is waiting for the back of him who lacks heart.  Pro 10:14  The wise store up knowledge, but the mouth of the foolish is near ruin.  Pro 10:15  The rich man's wealth is his strong city; the ruin of the poor is their poverty.  Pro 10:16  The labor of the righteous is for life; the gain of the wicked is for sin.  Pro 10:17  He who heeds instruction is in the way of life, but he who refuses reproof is going astray.  Pro 10:18  He who hides hatred with lying lips, and he who sends out a slander, he is a fool.  Pro 10:19  In the abundance of words transgression does not cease, but one restraining his lips is prudent.  Pro 10:20  The tongue of the just is as choice silver; the heart of the wicked is as a little.  Pro 10:21  The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of heart.  Pro 10:22  The blessing of Jehovah, it makes rich, and he adds no pain with it.  Pro 10:23  To work out evil devices is as laughter to the foolish; so wisdom is to a man of understanding.  Pro 10:24  That which the wicked fears shall come upon him, but the desire of the righteous is granted.  Pro 10:25  As the storm passes, so the wicked is not; but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.  Pro 10:26  Like vinegar to the teeth, and like smoke to the eyes, so is the lazy one to those who send him.  Pro 10:27  The fear of Jehovah prolongs days, but the years of the wicked shall be cut short.  Pro 10:28  The expectation of the righteous is joyful, but the hope of the wicked shall perish.  Pro 10:29  The way of Jehovah is strength to the upright, but ruin is to doers of iniquity.  Pro 10:30  The righteous shall never be moved, and the wicked shall not dwell in the land.  Pro 10:31  The mouth of the just flourishes with wisdom, but the perverse tongue shall be cut off.  Pro 10:32  The lips of the righteous know what is pleasing, but the mouth of the wicked knows only perversities.  Pro 11:11  A city is lifted up by the blessing of the upright, but by the wicked's mouth it is overthrown.  Pro_24:25  but those who rebuke the wicked will have delight, and a good blessing will come upon them. Isa 44:1  And now listen, My servant Jacob, and Israel whom I have elected.  Isa 44:2  So says Jehovah, who made you and formed you from the womb. He helps you. And thereby put me to the test, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. Rom 4:3  For what does the Scripture say? "And Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness." Gen. 15:6  Rom 4:4  Now to one working, the reward is not counted according to grace, but according to debt.  Rom 4:5  But to the one not working, but believing on Him justifying the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.  Rom 4:6  Even as also David says of the blessedness of the man to whom God counts righteousness apart from works:  Rom 4:7  "Blessed are those whose lawlessnesses are forgiven, and whose sins are covered;  Rom 4:8  blessed the man to whom the Lord will in no way charge sin." LXX-Psa. 31:1, 2; MT-Psa. 32:1, 2  Rom 4:9  Is this blessedness then on the circumcision, or also on the uncircumcision? For we say the faith "was counted to Abraham for righteousness."
