Please tell Holy Spirit (John 16:13) to speak to their spirits and convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment (John 16:8-11) and open the eyes of their heart (Ephesians 1:18-21) to the peril they are in and the goodness and mercy of the Lord (Psalm 23:6, Ephesians 2:4-5).
